Since incorporation in 2017, Phoenix persevered the arduous climb and with patience has grown to become a major force in the flourishing and highly competitive forwarding business. From a handful of clients, we are proud to announce that our dedicated and loyal clients have exceeded the 200 marks. Some of our clients are very large and prominent multi-national companies.
Phoenix have a dedicated staffs force of 38 heads strong with some very senior staffs working in the industries for over 30 years. Our competitive advantage lies on our staffs’ ability to work closely and communicate effectively with our Clients, Officers from the port authorities, custom departments, container terminals, other government agencies, hauliers, shippers, other forwarding agents and business suppliers.
Phoenix staff are specially selected and trained in computers, systems and controls. The implementation of Electronic data interchange (EDI) requires all participating parties (custom department, port authorities, shipping and forwarding agents) to be online before allowing the processing or manifestation of consignments and services.
Phoenix, motivated by progressive successes and increasing cargoes volume has inevitably extended to become a complete logistic provider by purchasing fleets of light and heavy cargoes transporting vehicles and setting up warehouse space and open storage yards to support our clients requirements. Despite the current economic downturn, Phoenix is still in a strong position and well committed to the service policy of “accuracy, cost competitive, efficiency, expedition and reliability” to all our valued clients.
